When you submit the contact form, request to view programme pricing, download free resources, or sign up to the newsletter on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you send (contact form only)
• A record of your consent to be contacted

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or automatically track your browsing beyond standard website analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Contact you about coaching services, where you have given consent
• Send the Coach Tim Newsletter, where you have subscribed and confirmed via double opt-in
• Deliver free resources you have requested, where you have given consent
• Send occasional updates relevant to ADHD coaching, where you have given consent

We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have explicitly given consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@coachtim.co.uk or by clicking unsubscribe in any email we send you.

Newsletter and double opt-in

When you sign up to Coach Tim's Newsletter, your subscription is managed via MailerLite. We use double opt-in, meaning you will receive a confirmation email and must click to confirm before being added to the mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your freely given, specific and informed consent, in line with UK GDPR. For responding to direct enquiries, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest.

How we store your data

Contact form submissions, pricing requests and resource download requests are processed securely via Formspree and delivered to our email inbox. Newsletter subscriptions are managed via MailerLite. We do not store your data on third-party marketing platforms without your consent.

Sharing your data

We do not sell, trade or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may pass through Formspree (contact forms, pricing requests and resource requests) and MailerLite (newsletter) solely for delivery purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
