Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many clients come to me before, during, or long after a formal diagnosis. What matters is that you recognise something isn't working and you're ready to explore it.

Is coaching a substitute for therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Coaching is forward-focused. It's about where you want to go and how to get there.

What happens if I need to miss a session?

I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, sessions cancelled without that notice will be lost.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are client-led. You bring what's most present for you and that's where we work. Your first session is up to 90 minutes to allow time for some admin and an initial discussion. All remaining sessions are up to 60 minutes.

What happens after the six months?

Some clients choose to continue with a lighter-touch maintenance package after the programme ends. We'll discuss what ongoing support looks like for you as you approach the end of your six months.

What are the payment options?

Flexible payment options are available. We'll talk through everything on your discovery call.
